NGEN is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) portion of NGEN, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a Senior-level Data Analyst to support End User delivery as one of the key members of the Seat Services team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing key data points for successful End User device delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing customer reports

• Provide data analyst team oversight

• Data analysis using Microsoft Excel

• Scheduling and reporting

• Supporting Project Management team

• Collecting and processing customer data

• Direct employees in end user device production environment

• Work with subcontractor vendors to meet demand requirements

• Resolve escalated employee and operational issues

• Manage customer schedules

• Interact with end user device vendor to ensure SLRs are met

• Manages small team consisting of experienced Data Analysts

• Lead, direct and review the work of team

• Provide primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports

Basic Qualifications

• US Citizen

• DoD Secret Clearance

• High school diploma and 10 years of prior related work experience

• Must demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
